Moshe Klein

As a seasoned accountant and business advisor, Moshe is a sought-after speaker and consultant. He really understands how a small business works, what it takes to succeed long term and how to fix businesses that are not operating to their full potential.

Since 1982, Moshe has provided professional services to many thousands of clients in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, tax, credit and finance. Moshe has served on the boards of dozens of organizations and is as comfortable at a conference table as he is at the kitchen table of a home-based business client.

The year 2025 marks 43 years since Moshe started working with small business owners around the country offering AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE bookkeeping and tax services. Moshe still answers his phone and generously shares his time and knowledge with clients who have questions or who need advice.

Meir Lipnick, EA

Meir Lipnick is an accomplished accountant and tax professional who has been a cornerstone of Moshe Klein & Associates, Ltd. since 2007. As Vice President of Accounting & Tax Services, Meir supports business clients nationwide and manages a wide range of individual tax matters with precision, clarity, and deep technical expertise.

As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Meir is authorized to represent taxpayers in all matters before the Internal Revenue Service. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented hundreds of clients facing audits, substantial penalties, multi‑year compliance issues, and even criminal tax investigations. His ability to navigate complex tax controversies—often spanning many years—has earned him a reputation for exceptional skill and unwavering professionalism.

Clients consistently praise Meir for his knowledge, experience, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. His thorough approach ensures that every issue is identified, every option is evaluated, and every client receives accurate, strategic, and practical guidance.

Shalom Klein, Ed.D.

Dr. Shalom Klein is a nationally recognized business advisor, communicator, and community leader whose work spans the private sector, government, and military service. As Vice President at Moshe Klein & Associates, Ltd., Shalom provides strategic guidance to business owners across the country, helping organizations strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and position themselves for sustainable growth.

Shalom is also the host of Get Down to Business with Shalom Klein, a long‑running weekly radio program and podcast that highlights the needs, challenges, and opportunities facing today’s small‑business community. Through the show, he brings together influential voices from business, government, and the nonprofit sector, offering listeners practical insights and actionable strategies.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Dr. Klein serves as a Chaplain (Captain) in the United States Army Reserve, where he provides spiritual support, counseling, and leadership to soldiers and their families. His commitment to service—both to his clients and to his country—reflects the discipline, integrity, and dedication that define his approach to every endeavor.

In Memoriam: Miriam Lipnick

Miriam Lipnick was a deeply loved member of both the Lipnick/Klein family and the Moshe Klein & Associates, Ltd. team. For decades, she served as our office manager—efficient, organized, and always fully in command of the countless moving parts that kept our firm running productively and smoothly.

Miriam had her finger on everything. She managed high volumes of work with calm, grace, and remarkable attention to detail, ensuring that clients were cared for and that our internal operations never missed a beat. Her ability to maintain order, even during the most stressful and demanding times, made her an indispensable part of our success.

Beyond her professional excellence, Miriam brought warmth, kindness, and genuine care to every interaction. Clients trusted her, colleagues relied on her, and everyone who worked with her felt the impact of her steady presence and generous spirit.
