Every DRAFT financial report that MKA prepares includes a tab/worksheet called “UNCATEGORIZED INCOME & EXPENSES”.
It means that while we have accounted for the dollar value, we are unable to categorize those listed transactions without some information from you. Here is the simple process that we have in place and that we would appreciate greatly having you make part of your routine each month:
In your MKA Secure Document Sharing Portal, open the Excel report and the tab titled ” UNCATEGORIZED EXPENSES “
When you are done, save your Excel work and upload it in your MKA Secure Document Sharing Portal to the section called “TO PREPARER” “BOOKKEEPING”
MKA will then revise the financial reports using the information that you provide and upload new reports for your review when they are ready.
